Monday 1 November 2010, WHO Library Meeting Room, Geneva, Avenue Appia 20, from
9am to 5.30pm.
Objective of the course:
To provide an overview and progress report on Web 2.0 and 3.0 tools and
developments of interest to librarians and information professionals.

Intended audience:
Librarians and information professionals.
Trainer:
Serge Courrier, journalist specialized in innovative information technologies, writes for 01Net, Sciences & Vie Micro, Le Figaro, Le Journal du Dimanche. He gives seminars on Internet technologies at the Institut National des Techniques Documentaires (INTD) and provides training for the Association des professionnels de l'information et de la documentation (ADBS).
Cost:
CHF 200.00 for AILIS members and CHF 250.00 for non-members.

An attendance certificate will be provided to participants.
